How to deal with an
overly aggressive SARS

Virtual Workshop

Get ready for a insightful day

SARS is becoming increasingly aggressive, overstepping legal boundaries, and placing unfair pressure on taxpayers and practitioners alike. From wrongful bank account debits to unjustified “late” objections, inflated estimated assessments, blocked remittance requests and unreasonable delays—SARS’ conduct is creating real financial and operational damage.

This powerful session gives you the knowledge, tools, strategies, and legal mechanisms to push back—effectively, confidently, and lawfully. You’ll learn how to navigate the different dispute forums, identify when SARS crosses the line, and use the correct remedy (Tax Court vs High Court, Rule 56 vs Section 11(4)) to stop unlawful conduct in its tracks.

This is your chance to equip yourself with the exact processes used by professionals who handle SARS disputes successfully every day.
